推动市场整合、畅通国内大循环是促进跨区域协同创新的重要力量。基于长三角城市经济协调会这一地方政府协调的市场整合事件构造435对城市配对组,利用1997—2018年长三角城市面板数据,采用双边双重差分法实证分析市场整合对跨区域协同创新的影响。研究结果表明:同在长三角城市经济协调会的城市间专利合作效果显著提升,仅一方是会员的城市间专利合作效果显著下降,市场整合对跨区域协同创新的创造效应和分流效应显著存在。产业分工优化和研发要素流动贡献了约52%的中介效应,多维邻近性在市场整合影响跨区域协同创新中发挥正向调节作用。市场整合对跨区域协同创新的促进作用因经济发展水平、人力资本水平、空间距离等因素不同而呈现差异性。市场整合促进的跨区域协同创新能够缩小地区经济发展差距,推动区域协调发展。
Promoting market integration and smoothing the domestic circulation is the key task of economic work in the new stage and an important force to promote cross regional collaborative innovation. Based on the market integration event coordinated by the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Committee, a local government, this paper constructs 435 pairs of city pairs, and empirically analyzes the impact of market integration on cross regional collaborative innovation by using the bilateral double difference method. The research results show that the effect of inter city patent cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Committee is significantly improved, the effect of inter city patent cooperation with only one member is significantly decreased, and the “creation effect” and “diversion effect” of market integration on cross regional collaborative innovation are significant. The optimization of industrial division of labor and the flow of R&D factors play an intermediary role and contribute about 52% of the intermediary effect. Multidimensional proximity plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of market integration on cross regional collaborative innovation. The promotion effect of market integration on cross regional collaborative innovation is different due to different factors such as the level of economic development, the level of human capital, and spatial distance. The cross regional collaborative innovation promoted by market integration can narrow the regional economic development gap and promote regional coordinated development. The research results provide beneficial enlightenment for the government to play a coordinating role under the guidance of the market, promote market integration and promote cross regional collaborative innovation.
