Abstract

Based on the data of survey on residents livelihood security needs in 2022, this paper empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of community smart services such as network information services and artificial intelligence services on subjective well-being.It is found that community smart services can not only significantly improve the convenience of residents’ life, but also directly improve residents’ subjective well-being, and indirectly improve residents’ subjective well-being through the intermediary of life convenience, highlighting the key of its impact. However, the network information service indirectly promotes residents’ subjective well-being mainly through the intermediary of life convenience, and its indirect effect is dominant. The direct effect of artificial intelligence services on residents’ subjective well-being plays a leading role in the total effect, highlighting the type differences of the impact of community smart services. In addition, the impact of network information services and artificial intelligence services on residents’ subjective well-being, along with the aging of age structure, presents the “inverted J” characteristics of first rising and then significantly decreasing, and the development trend of gradually decreasing, highlighting the age difference of the impact of community intelligent services. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate measures to improve residents’ subjective well-being according to the type and age difference of community smart services.
